desu! time..:)

Last Saturday, my LC’s classmate and I went to Tropicana City to interview a band that was performing on one of anime event being held there. We went there at 4.30 p.m. After we arrived, teacher AD introduced Najwa and myself to the band who also happened to be teacher Ad’s friends. We went outside of the mall for the interview session because the mall there was so noisy with other bands performing. Before we went to Tropicana City, teacher Ad has informed us that we need to prepare some questions for the interview. Here is the script for the interview last Saturday:
1)      A: What is the name of this group?
B: The name of this group is desu! They are all small letters. desu! are from Japanese words and the meaning of this name is Is.

2)      A: Why did you choose a Japanese name?
B: Because all the songs are influence by Japanese music.

3)      A: Are you a local or foreign band?
B: Yes we are local. Most of us are from Shah Alam and some of them from KL.

4)      A: What kind of music do you play?
B: Basically we play Punk Rock, influence Japanese Punk Rock. Our Punk is something that we call Cute. Because we are cute boys and the melody is very stylises but Punk.

5)      A: What is the name for the first song?
B: Our first single that will be Gacha-Love

6)      A: Do you think that our music industry is big?
B: Yes, it is big. But it is different with the type of music what they are doing, something like that.

7)      A: Do you really play that kind of music?
B: Yes, we do. We really love. All of us really love that music. We are the minority in Malaysia.
When I finished interviewed with them, it was Najwa’s turn has also do the same with her questions and we took some pictures before re-entering the mall. While waiting for desu! to perform, I saw a lot of visitors wearing weird dresses like a character from cartoons on the television that I am not very familiar. I want to take pictures with them but couldn’t since my hand phone memory was full. Besides the performance from the bands, there are also some booth selling items from the cartoon. I also was surprised to meet my cousin there and we talked for a few minutes before she left.  When the time for desu! to perform, we gave full attention to their performance. Their songs are the best even though I never heard that kind of song before. I enjoyed listening to their performance. Everybody who was there also enjoyed and was happy with their energetic performance. On the way back, it was raining but luckily there was no traffic jam until we arrived at Taman Bahagia LRT stesen.

My day out =)

Hi guys i’m back after two weeks of no classes and tasks because of the school holiday...hehehehe....
Today I am going to tell you about my day out with Teacher AD and LC’s classmates; Najwa, Rahman and Haziq. On that day teacher AD has brought us to Tropicana City in Damansara. I was so excited because it was my first time to shop there.

We went to Tropicana City at 3pm from LC. Najwa and I rode in Teacher AD’s car while Rahman and Haziq went with Haziq mother’s car. It was a very hot day and we were stuck in traffic jam for about 10 minutes at Jalan Tunku. After that our rides were smooth till we arrived at Tropicana.
Tropicana City is a nice place to shopping but there were not so many people because it is newly open. But it is going to be popular soon like a Mid Valley, One Utama or The Curve. Najwa was the first buyer between us. She bought a guitar string at the music shop. She told us that her guitar string has snapped. There were many instruments of music such as drums, guitars, speakers audio etc.
After that, we went to the game shop. Teacher AD, Rahman and Haziq were looking at games while Najwa and I just look around because we don’t know much about games.

Tropicana City also have a scarf stall. Teacher AD bought a scarf for his girl friend. It was from a nice material and the colour was beautiful. Najwa and I shopped separately from Rahman and Haziq while Teacher AD went to praying. We went to the Guardian. There, I bought a pack of mini tissue and one gel fresh for my room. The cashier was nice. She asked me weather I want to buy a plastic bag because Saturday is a free plastic bag day at the mall. After 15 minutes in Guardian, we meet again with Teacher AD, Rahman and Haziq. Najwa and I suggested to them to have lunch at Chicking Restaurant. I ordered chicken set and requested a milo ice. We were at the restaurant for about 30 minutes. When we went to back, I asked Teacher AD to drop me at Taman Bahagia LRT Stesen.

It was a fun day trip and hopefully I’ll go there again soon.

About Me

My name is A’pa. I am 28 years old and I am the second daughter of my
siblings.

My hometown is in Tawau, Sabah. Before staying in Kuala Lumpur, I studied at University Utara Malaysia in Bachelor of Development Management. I made a lot of friends especially from Kedah and Penang while studying there. I got many experiences and memories. I learnt about things that gave me strength and made me more mature to survive living here in Kuala Lumpur. I have many cousins who are staying in Selangor. I will going to their house if we have planned something.

My favourite food are Chicken Soup, Tomyam and Fried Kueh Teow. I still remember when I first ate Freid Kueh Teow, I really don’t like it but now kueh Teow is one of my favourite food. After I work, my taste also have changed such as, last time I like KFC but now I prefer Mc’D and Pizza instead.

For entertainment, I like bowling, watching movie and listening to radio. I play bowling at Ceinelasure and One Utama. The first time I played this game was with my ex-officemates. My bowling ball always end up in the alley side but now I can get a strike regularly. This is interesting game to enjoy with my friends and maybe I will try to play at Mid Valley near with my home. Besides bowling, I also like to spend my time at home wacthing tv and listening to radio, if I haven't planned anything. But I always plan early my weekend because I don't like to be alone at home. Hehehhe...
